Its utterly pish.

Never let me moan about our excellent service again.

End of.

Try having a parcel still sitting in Florida at departure for 10 days.

What you got coming for sale now ;)

Anytime I have ordered anything from America it has been delivered pretty swiftly. Admittedly it doesn't happen that often.

Its probably because it says "gun" on it. Customes will be flabbergasted and trying to work out what you can fire with a grip gun.

I have received quite a few items via USPS, and it has mostly been fine leaving the US, and reasonably quick. Once it gets to Parcelforce in Coventry, things slow down appreciably, though.

It was unwise to put the word 'gun' on a package in the US. 'Grip remover' would have been better.

I'm unsure if it actually says that on the outer packaging, I have however bought a grip gun. I think its pathetic service if the truth be told!

I've bought quiet alot of stuff from the states, mainly bike parts, but I've found theirs to be very good.
I've had notifications from customs items have been sent on and it's taken longer to get to me inside the UK than the item has taken to get to the UK and through customs.

UPS is usually very good. USPS, my experiences have been less than favourable.

Canadian Post is no good either. My wife received a birthday present from her friend on Vancouver Island yesterday ( May 10th ). It was posted on March 20th for her birthday on April 4th. I think it arrived in this country around May 4th.

Canada Post still use horse and carts and stagecoaches - they even make USPS look good.
Parcelforce over here are the biggest joke of the lot! 48 hour delivery my arse. And then try claiming the money back for their breaking the contractual service for which you the customer pays!! i.e. 48 hour delivery. The first thing you have to do is buy a stamp!!!!!!, provide an essay of a form, proof of value, proof of sending, delivery package wtf that is. City Link or Yodel from now on.

r.

This is the same as I found some things actually arrived from US quicker than within the Uk.
