Unable to upload Avatar

Mornings guys

Trying to upload an avater and it keeps coming up with an "unable to upload file"

The size of the pic is within the guidelines of size etc

Are you using an ipad or a laptop. If it's an ipad try clearing your history and then double click the little home screen button twice and that will show all your open apps. Just swipe up and it shuts them down and creates more memory. Then hold the power button down and turn of then back on again and try and upload your avatar. It worked for me as I had the same problem. If your using a laptop pfffft your on you own mate, ain't gotta clue
