Any love for these?

I've always used TT DG Wedge flex shafts, but I'm considering refreshing my wedge line up at the end of the month and these above shafts are available as an option along with TT DG Wedge.

Looking for some real world experiences from you good folk :thup:

Rated or hated :D

I'm 99% sure I got these fitted in my wedges at the Cleveland/Srixon fitting last year.... personally I like them, they really help me stop the ball and give good feel.

They look quite distinctive with the narrowest part of the shaft in the middle. I had them on Mizuno wedges as they were standard on the U.S. model. Seemed to be fine. Can't say I noticed a major effect on spin one way or the other.

Not surprised by this as it's the Cleveland RTX 2.0 I'm looking at.

I know that DD TG Wedge shafts run at around S200 when it comes to flex.

Do the Spinner version play roughly the same flex as the wedge flex?

Tried a spinner wedge in Cleveland 588s at a range demo day and hated them. They just ballooned in the air too much, they put in the DG wedge shaft in and it lowered the ball flight for more penetrating shot and more control.

Waste of time from my point of view..

not long since changed from kbs tour s - to the shafts I now have in the wedges. depends what the shot outcomes are you're looking for, what flight etc. also what ball you normally use will have a bearing.

only real reason to change would be to tweak the flight, height, spin etc.

{new pro v's now both spin a little ways more than the old ones}

Dont bother you'll regret it.

You really dislike then, I can tell :D

Anything other than the ballooning you didn't like?

Not really looking at any tweeks if honest.

My wedges have a mid'ish flight trajectory, and usually stop up pretty quick.

If hitting the ball a little higher gets then stopping quicker, it may be an option.
