As for bargains, I've bought a couple of pairs of IJP design recently, tartan and plain, all from the IJP-design outlet on ebay......less than half price.

I'm another one for the Sports Direct Dunlop brigade. Good pricing that doesn't break the bank, well made and good fit.

Have to admit though those Royal & Awesone ones looked lovely
