Has any one played this course? I'll be staying right beside it next week while on Holiday, but at 140-170 Euro a round I'm wondering if it is worth it.

Plenty of other good options in that part of the country but green fees do tend to be pricey as it's very popular with the yanks.

Thanks for that, not sure as a 26 handicapper I will enjoy playing across ravines, but as the house we have hired backs onto this course it may be a sin not to play it.

We are staying at a holiday home right beside the course for the week. The cost does put me off but I know I am going to be looking at it every day and thinking I should. The house I am staying in actually has a right of way across the course at some point to the beach.

I'd be very tempted to head down to the beach with your clubs well hidden and then do a wrong turn and if by magic appear on a tee box - away you go!! No bugger around so go for it.
Not that I'd get up to this kind of beahviour of course!

I've played it. Amazing course, would advise playing it if you can. I rate it as the best course I've played.
I played it in an open competition and it cost €50
I've heard the green fee can be negotiated, especially if you are a member of a club. They seem like a sound bunch of people there. If you ring up and explain that you are staying in the area I'm sure they would do you a deal
