Top 10 Municipal golf courses?

If only it was looked after

Tilgate is a really nice course if you catch it at the right time of year. Some of the holes there are superb, and you could be mistaken for thinking you were on one of the older established "heath and heather" courses of Surrey if you didn't know better.
A couple of mickey mouse holes though...a couple of dog-leg holes (due to lack of space I guess) spring to mind. But the 2nd hole is a superb par 4, really makes you think about it on the tee and would stand up on any course in the country.
Have had some really good days over there playing with my group of mates. Just don't get stuck behind four guys playing for the first time....
