Positives, me coal has come and been stacked nice and neat whilst I was out.

Flood warning in my town. Luckily I live on top of a hill but others in the town will be worried. A good test of the very expensive flood defences recently completed. Solid and intense rain since around 1pm.

Its been shocking here for the last few days, course closed over the weekend but strangely open today although it was chucking it down and blowing a gale.

I haven't played since last Wednesday and its looking like I will struggle to play at all this week even if the course is open as I have a lot on.

Our place made a decision last winter that it would never close, regardless of the weather, however if it's open today (and it will be), it will be a total quagmire. the rain last night was mental.
