TM Club Calibration Service- anyone used it

Was planning for some new shineys, but think i will have to stick with my current set. So thinking of an MOT. Happened to chance upon a 'Club Calibration Service' by TM at Wentworth.

Anyone used this? Any different from going to a Direct Golf or Golf DNA in Surbiton?

Seems inceredibly steep. DG would be a better option in my opinion

I'm off to Golf DNA this afternoon (as mentioned in another post) and am very excited! I'm looking more into being fitted for a new set however I will be asking about all the services they provide for a write up (which hopefully I will have completed over the weekend).

I'll put some basic feedback up this evening prior to that though.

Went for an MOT at DG Dundee. Very impressed with the manager who did it. Spent a lot of time with me (well over the hour) and no pressure to buy anything. Suggested taking 1+1/4 inches off my driver and changing to a thicker grip. Charged me £4.99 for the grip and nothing for shortening the shaft. It has made a huge difference to my consistency. As I say, no pressure to buy anything, but when I do go to change irons, probably later in the year, I will certainly go back to him.

The Wentworth service I'm sure will be excellent, but does seem expensive in comparison.

My club did the same thing for free over the winter for members... worth doing! just not sure £100 is good value for it...

Yeah our pro is doing mot checks for free at the moment also
