Titleist Ugrades, is it worth it

I think I have been talked out of it now lol. I must admit, although I am not the biggest hitter in the world, my course is pretty short so there is no great need for more distance. 90% of the time I am 7iron or smaller on approach. Might just stick to the 909 and stop being greedy

BomberSLR, I am big Titleist fan but also love Mizuno. I have MP-60 irons. I see you have the Mizuno hybrid, do you like it. I have never used any mizuno products other then my irons

IMO, the only real benefit would be better results for off-centre hits - aka forgiveness! If that's important to you, then perhaps worthwhile, otherwise very doubtful! Can't see any point in upgrading to the 910 unless you happen to find one that simply works - the step isn't big enough, so 915 at least (and that's £150+ for a bit of forgiveness!)!

Nothing wrong with your current setup (though I'm a Scotty sceptic!), so would suggest practice/lessons (especially short game?) would be a better route than 'hardware'!

Nothing wrong with wanting something different if it makes you happier to look at! Out of the newer Titleist drivers my favourites have been the 910 D2 and 915 D3 but honestly if I had to choose one would go with the 910. Great feeling club and easy to hit.

Always used to useTitleist drivers up to the 913 which in allhonesty wasn't much of an improvement on the 910.Tried the 915 at a Titleist roadshowand no improvement either.

When to an independent fitter and ended up with a Callaway which was significantly better for me than the 917 I tried.

Horses for courses I guess but the current offerings only seem to give marginall gains on their predecessors.

Always worth trying different brands. I know I have a bag full of Pings but I'll often try other drivers or irons just to see if they offer anything more or better. I did go to Titleist GM demo day a while back (can't remember if it was 913 or 915 - think it was the 913 D2 they recommended) and that was the best driver I hit for ages. At the time I wasn't looking to change and couldn't afford to but 913 is well worth a look and should be reasonable now

Mate just buy an M2 and have done with.
Loads of fitters in the NE, Moogie and Wayman may be the ones who know best on this. There's a place at Denton called Golf Factory, has loads of good drivers in and a simulator to try them on, guy that runs it is spot on as well.
