The app or the paper in general?

I was not aware that they have a weather app, I was referring to the paper that runs a scam where they use a commercial forecast provider who deliberately gives them some extreme forecast about the colder winter ever, warmest summer ever etc etc. They then link you to the weather website that you have to pay to access.
