Evening all, just a quick question,we all know lessons do help in this game and practice needs to take place after your lessons, what length of time do you have between your lessons ? 3 weeks was my thoughts, what are other players thoughts please.

yeah 2-3 weeks is good depending on the time you can put in to practice in between

It depends. In winter I usually book a course of six lessons and so have a lesson every 3-4 weeks from January onwards (or earlier if the course gets closed). In the regular season I tend to have a lesson and then three or four range sessions to work on the drills or changes before going out and trying it on the course. I don't tend to have that many in the season and it depends on how I'm playing and what's going wrong

Depends on how often you practice and what you're changing.

I've started my winter work tiponight and have my next lesson planned for 4weeks time.

I practice a lot too :D

As and when for me It depends on what your working on and how much you can practice. Sometimes a couple of lessons within a few days if it's a change that's going to be spread over two lessons and sometimes it's " comeback when it's ingrained and we'll move on to something else

I've booked a course of 10 lessons.

The gap between depends on how much practice I can fit in, and when I think I have "got" what I was taught in previous lesson

In the season I usually go for about 6-8 weeks. Gives plenty of time to really test the changes. In the winter I'm playing about every 4 weeks. But really it depends on what's being changed and how much time you've got to practice. Depending on my shift I could get out 7 days a week to practice if I'm on a late shift but if it's earlies then it will only be twice a week.
