IMO he will win and net the record for Major wins and will rightly be remembered as the best golfer ever to have played this stupid game.
I don't think he will. Why? Because I don't think he has the complete faith in his swing that he had in his pomp. There's glimpses in each round but not enough for four days of a major championship.
This, of course, may change but I agree with Jezz's comments on Tiger's body slowly degenerating due to the stresses and strains placed upon it from such an early age. We often say that watching Watson, Couples, etc swing a club is so great because their swings are effortless. Tiger puts a fair amount of wallop into his swing and that gusto and energy won't be there for ever.
Still think he's a cracking player but I think his best golf/years are behind him.
is this a good or bad trait?? with so many journeyman pro's quiet happy & willing to make a great living just making cuts / isnt it good too see a true pro to who winning is very important ,, or does mr woods take wanting to win to an extreme.. mayb if he had better personality like Phil more people would wish him to beat the record?? yeah / no??I cannot see him hanging around much after this season if he doesn't win anything, he never seems to keen on coming anywhere other than first
