I'm talking judging innocence or guilt of a charge. Besides...very rare are the times I get into the car of someone of whom I know little or nothing - never mind of their driving past. But I think I'd be able to judge and tell if someone was going to be DUI. My choice of action is often based upon judgement - and where there is doubt I often don't make that judgement through self-will.

Given the right circumstances I’d fancy my chances at bagging off with Anna De’Armas, though it’d have to be a perfect storm of her being heavily drunk, clouding her judgement enough making her want to add a 5’6”, tattoo covered, 45 year old golfing nerd to her list of achievements. Anything is possible in the right circumstances even miracles

I judged it relatively poor in comparison with what I am used to....and I made exactly that point in trying to be fair recognizing that I might not know the whole story. Besides...Badgemore Park Golf Club wasn't facing a possible criminal charge - I was simply judging or assessing how I found it - no right or wrong; no guilty or not guilty

You may well think pathetic...fine - that's your prerogative. Indeed you are correct - of course I may well find myself judging the actions of people all the time - it's called living and on most matters I can and must make some judgement - though that may not be what I might instinctively think. However my guiding principle (sometimes hard to adhere to) is that where a wrong or hurt is perpetrated, I can choose to forgive them - but that is a forgiveness that is not one that absolves them of what they have done; nor is it excusing or exonerating them of their action - it is a forgiveness that enables me to let go of the hurt and any anger or resentment I might feel. None of that and what I might think absolves a perpetrator of a wrong or a crime from judgement by the appropriate authorities - but in general that is not me.

And so I choose to pass absolutely no judgement on the rights or wrongs of the TW situation, since who am I to judge on such a matter.
