Think I'm going to Fulford

Today was our monthly medal. As of 19:45 hours when I left the club I was winning with 42 points. There was an optional extra £2.50 entry fee and the winner of this gets to play at Fulford in a pro am with our club pro.
I am absolutely chuffed to bits ! I knew a decent score was well within reach but to win this one with a good prize is really really pleasing.
Fingers crossed there's no cock up with my score card or anything freaky .

It was only a week ago you were complaining abot having 8 x 3 putts.

I did have 2x 3 putts yesterday......Both of them were almost full length of the green approaches though.

At this rate of progress since buying the V sleazy, I will be single putting the entire course (not just each hole) by July

In all seriousness, my putting has been my nemesis and the V easy is helping my alignment immensely. I didn't realise that my putter face had been closed on all my putts. Missing everything to mid wicket while practising with the V easy gives you quite a wake up call. When I told my brother about this eureka moment he said " you've always closed the putter face at address, I thought it was deliberate !"

Fingers crossed for you. Fulford is a cracking track. Apparently, they've added three hundred yards to it over the winter and the SSS has gone up by a massive 1 shot.

I think there'll be a few handicaps on the rise there this season.
