I've done some really basic ones today, one I used a banana Angel Delight and then added Oreos at the end, was nice.
Another, I followed a coconut recipe and it wasn't sweet enough, so will add more sugar next time.
Milkshake was straight forward, even I couldn't mess that up....was just ice cream and milk.
 
Could equally go in stupid thing I've done today thread but it's made me happy (for now, until I get an infection)

My finger has been getting more and more black (the nail) since dropping a drain in it. So today I decided sod it .. small drill bit , rubbing alcohol and make a small hole in the nail. Drained so much blood out from behind it. Wow the feeling of so much less pressure. Still a tiny bit swollen but I can bend it fully now and no where near as painful. Can always use the same hole to drain more if it builds back.

Ah bliss. For now anyway

I shut my car door on my finger many years ago quite late at night on a camping trip - a bit too late to seek medical aid, and so self medicated with wine to take the edge off - we were driving back the next day anyway.

Extremely painful black nail still next morning, but we were going home that day anyway, so decided to go to the hospital when we got back - I didn't drive back btw!

Waited for about 4 hours in agony until I got seen - they just got out a special needle with a collar on it to stop it going too deep, and pushed it in. Blood everywhere and instant relief.

I promised myself at that moment that I would do pretty much what you did by myself if it ever happens again - I would use my swiss army knife pointy bit to make the cut.

Very clear memories of my time in the scouts performing open foot surgery to remove a splinter.
They have taken all the fun away now 🙄
 
I'm playing at Molineux tonight and it'll be my daughter's first time coming, my son's been before but he asked me if the match was live so I didn't bother taking him again.
Going to tell them it's the first team.
 
I abhor what is happening in the Middle East but to see that publicity seeking little troll Greta Thunberg getting dealt with has brought a smile to my face.

It's the kids that stopping us. Eldest is really scared even tho we had a dog until she was four

Eldest twin acts scared but then is fine

Even the Israelis described her “Symbolic attempt to deliver aid to Gaza” as “The Selfie yacht” 😆

Also notice she quickly signed the deportation order (so she could take another selfie on the plane) whilst the other 5 activists have refused and will have to face the judiciary.
