Took the time to unsubscribe from *a lot* of the mailing lists I was on. Mailbox is soooo much better ✅

I bought my 13yr old son a very, very good second hand mountain bike for his birthday a few months ago, as the Halfords cheapo one didn't survive one jump. He has used it many times and when I clean it (yes, me), the quality of the bike is superb. Almost make me want to use it!!

always pays i find to spend a bit more and get a decent frame and groupset, will always last way longer than cheap new.

I have tried to do this, but I'm like a hoarder. That website I haven't bought anything from in nine years but I still don't cancel their emails just in case they have a good sale on. 😣

Aldi have some excellent cleaning stuff on sale at the moment in some shops. Reduced to £2.49 in some areas but not all👍

Our gorgeous preemie granddaughter is one today. She's now only on oxygen overnight. She will need some surgery on her eyes at some point as she has a turn in them which is common for preemies.

I had the same when I was a nipper, only notice now when I am very very tired. I get a “lazy” eye as they called it back in the day. When I was at primary school I had to wear a large plaster over my good ( right) eye to make my lazy left eye Work. That was after I had an op when I was 2 yr old. Apart from walking like a duck due to tight calves, a plaster over my eye and NHS prescription glasses which made me look thick. No one noticed 🫣 , I wish. That was back in the 70’s. Nowadays kids wear glasses and teeth braces like they are fashion accessories. She looks a very happy tough cookie. Enjoy these toddler memories, me and Missis T have been in TK Maxx today I glanced at toddler/ baby clothes and said to Missis T “where has the last 10 years gone looking after Bradley” 😳. He is 11 this week.

Gorgeous, she might get Away with out surgery, our youngest (the twins were 1 month early) has glasses to correct her squint (which she does the eye turn) we had a follow up the other day and in 4 months it's much improved and 99% sure she doesn't need surgery
