A while back on the gamer thread I commented about people re-creating vintage game music and that some where dead bonkers.
Well, turns out some are dead awesome as well, this is 10 years old, and the guy has done loads of different game music in the same style.

One of the most famous NES soundtrack musical numbers, Bloody Tears from Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest.

Made me smile.

One of the many posts that popped up in my FB feed recently was Dull Men's Club. I had a chuckle, obviously looked for longer than 3 seconds, and then more came through over the days. I've now subscribed and advise anyone over the age of 50 to do so. You can look if you are below 50 but somehow I think what is posted will resonate more with age. It's comedy gold, pure Peter Kay. If you want cheering up, check it out. (oh, and not a nasty word to be seen )

I started getting feeds for that, looked at a few but found it a bit dull if I'm going to be honest.

Moved bowls club about 6 weeks ago, and from grass to carpet. 4 out of 5 clubs in the league are carpet, and the regional/national players are always carpet players as the vast majority of clubs in Spain are carpet clubs.

Mum had a heart attack 4 weeks ago, three stents later and the Doctors can’t believe her progress, only 62 as well, so no age really.

I usually avoid Facebook Marketplace and use Ebay to sell things wherever possible - with the risk of scammers and timewasters. However, we had a leather office chair that my brother-in-law gave us that was unsuitable, and I couldn't really get it in the post, so stuck it up on Facebook marketplace for £40. Within two hours it was sold and the lady had picked it up, 40 quid cash in my hand. Maybe I should use it more often.
