About 18 months ago I posted on here that the wife and I had fallen pregnant with our 2nd child. Unfortunately that didnt go to plan and we miscarried, to add to this we had the same thing happen towards the end of last year too. 2 miscarriages in a year was pretty tough, though neither made it past 9 weeks.

In the wrong thread you are probably saying....... Well we are going for 3rd time lucky, but this time we have made it to 13 weeks. Due to the experiences last year, we had an early scan a few weeks ago and all was normal, today we had our first NHS scan and the baby is still wriggling away and again everything is as it should be at this stage. So, providing no hiccups, we will be a family of 4 in March next year.

Many congratulations, we unfortunately had a miscarriage before the twins and it's horrible. Such great news that you will be having a bundle of joy in the family ❤️

Congratulations to you and your family. I’m sure everyone on here will have everything crossed that everything goes well this time.

Congrats on the impending arrival. Son and daughter-in-law went through several miscarriages. Their first arrived 2 weeks ago.

Just one if those simple days, wife is out so had my music playing on all the Alexa's in the house, rugby on silent on the TV, just doing some cooking (first ever pie from scratch, pastry as well), built a bit of a Lego kit and just bouncing round the house and chilling. As I said, just one of those simple days that makes you smile
