Depreesion is setting in.

Tesco - this morning - 31st October.

They have put their Christmas Tree up.

For Crying out loud it's Halloween....!!!!

There is no sense left in the World...

Madness - true madness. I think any retailer selling Christmas merchandise before November 1st should give all those profits to charity. Even then November 1st is way too early but our local Sainsbury and Tesco have had all the Chrimbo gear out for weeks

I up for Christmas any day of the year....bring it on!

What I'm not up for though is Tescos any day of the year, but that's for another thread.

Any one seen an Easter Egg yet?

Yes, I've just muched my way through a creme egg that expired in 2009. The other 2 dozen are finding their way into the hands of beggar-children at my door.

Whoops, wrong thread.

PS - Since when has cream been spelt creme. That's like crem, as in crem caramel.

I remember working away up in sunny Aberdeen at this time of year. Stayed in a Premier Inn and the place was awash with haloween decoration when I had my meal in the evening. Went in for breakie the next morning and it was all changed for Christmas.... tree and all !

that's just a ploy - or a warning.
cream is a natural dairy product best achieved by oscillating cows on a trampoline.
creme or crem is a god awful biochemical sludge used in everything from (dubious) confections, to hair preparations, filler for facial and other body craters, and drain unblocker.

Did you know there is a dedicated Christmas radio station, which starts broadcasting today, that only plays happy clappy Xmas songs? for two whole months.

I heard some one talking about it on Absolute radio this morning. I didn't take note of the station name, as I figured no one would be interested in listening to it.

I stayed a the Ramada Hotel at Farnham about 22nd October and they had a Christmas Tree in the lobby!
Seemed pain daft to me.
