Them weights you add to a driver...

They'll change the center of gravity and give you different launch angles and spin rates, though I'm not certain when it comes to the weight which way round it is, heavy = low launch or if it's light = low launch.

What exactly are their purpose?
I've got a bag of different weights with my Big Bertha and haven't got a clue what to do with them :D

always best if possible to work with a teaching pro with a launch monitor to get it set-up optimum for you.

if that's not possible & you speaking about the 'screw in' weights & the slider.

more weight towards the heel will 'help' to negate a left to right flight or 'help' to encourage a draw some. but it's a fine tune. more weight to the toe will do the opposite.

all crucially dependent on how far from neutral the swing path is - out to in, in to out, & importantly the face angle at impact.

if your talking about the center cg tube weight. put in with the heavier weight low - sole end, this will help lower the spin rate. if heavier is top you get some more spin.

Yes it's the slider and changeable weights on mine.
