Yes it's not a Top 100 links or a top 100 heathland but I have always fancied it as it's the 1st pro event I went to watch.

I am just about to book 2 tee times to play on Saturday 27th May.

I have spoken with the shop and they have tee times from around 2pm.

Green fee is £55 with ham egg and chips but they might be able to do us a better deal if we don't have the food so I will confirm price ASAP.

I have got 5 playing from Woodhall Spa so I have room for 3 more if anyone wants join us. I am told by the pro it's in very good condition at the minute.

Easy trip for me Glyn so go on, count me in. I'm up in town the night before for a gig so the nice sensible 2pm tee time sounds good as well.

Only played it the once and that was a couple of years ago on a winter deal, enjoyed the layout but it was very very muddy. Be good to give it a go when it's in better condition. And unlike the first time I played there, this time I will remember my golf shoes and not turn a £30 round into a £110 round!
