The Oddy two ball, only better?

I've had my two ball for around 2 years now and love it to bits. I did think that the two balls disappear into the shape of the putter under lighter conditions so decided to carbon wrap the head.
You can decide for yourself if it looks any better but the white roundels certainly stand out more now. It cab always be removed should it be nonsense.
Has anyone else modified their putter/gear and actually improved their performance?

I like it too Brendy...Pretty naff.....You better TM it for the future just in case someone tries to steal it:)

As i love mine also the only real issue i have with mine is id much prefer the face to be milled...If they ever bring one out ill jump at it...

Rule*14-3

Tape or Gauze Applied to Club

Q.**Is it permissible to add tape or gauze to any part of the club?

A.**During the round, the playing characteristics of the club may not be changed – see Rule 4-2a.

Prior to the player’s stipulated round, tape or gauze may be applied to the grip of the club provided the application of such materials does not create a waist or bulge – see Appendix II; Part 3.

Tape applied to the club head or shaft is an external attachment which renders the club non-conforming (see Appendix II; Part 1a). The following are exceptions to the prohibition against external attachments provided such applications are made prior to the player’s stipulated round:
Lead tape may be applied to the head or shaft of the club for the purpose of adding weight (see Decisions 4-1/4 and 4-2/0.5)
Tape may be applied to the shaft of the club to protect it.
Decals may be applied to the shaft for identification purposes. These decals may also be covered by clear tape.

would it have not been easier to just put carbon discs on the white balls and leave the head bare metal stock finish.

Sorry brendy, but your no better than the ebay seller with the yellow scotty rat on he's 910. go out side... and have a long word with yourself.

That's what I thought.

I'll stick with my £45 Cleveland Classic milled putter............until I lose the plot and buy another putter :whistle:

Easy peasey and you can use a hairdrier to help shape and move it should you get any bubbles/wrinkles.

The white is what I am after though, the metal was shining in the sun and made it harder to see the white.

I read it that decals are fine.

Harmless attachments to the clubhead (other than the face), such as
protective coverings or decorative items, provided the item is semipermanent,
durable and not easily removable. However, such items
must not excessively protude from the clubhead and must conform
to the shape of the clubhead.
