Tried it there now.

It is quite extreme with the feet facing directly forward. A touch closed from this postion is fine. Another little shimmy from there and im close to my normal open stance for quite a few chip shots.

This would be a great drill for those who whip the club way in behind them and come in super shallow. Plenty of people suffer from this.

As turkish predicted i pulled a number of them if i let the face turn over.

Good video.

Trying to shame people into playing like complete bellwhiff "make your playing partners more happy with you and your performance"

They don't really give a toss mate, what a pillock.

Everyone knows I am not the greatest chipper in the world (or even my house) but that looks like it requires a lot of timing and could go very wrong if you are even a fraction out. I wouldn't want to be doing that under pressure

I watched that video and thought he was chipping into the green 80 yd away. one of the worst videos I have ever seen. There is so much that can go wrong with that chipping technique.

A load of Rammel.

I'm not flexible enough to stand facing the target that much and bend round.

I do like the idea of opening up as much as possible. Makes pulling the club in behind you impossible.

Not sure I like the ball that far forwards.

Definitely elements in this that people should experiment with.

Pretty much what I was thinking, it's really just an extension and exaggeration of how I would suggest it's done.
