tried it. Find it near impossible to keep the hanger stable and not Slipping.

Because it would be nice when someone posts about the latest mysterious obscure training aid, if they actually posted a link to whatever it was they were talking about. Then folks, although not having experience of that specific thing, might be able to share experiences of other similar aids that achieve the same aims.

It’s a forum and forums are like pub table conversation. I was unaware I needed to provide references to ask a question. Especially when it’s a two millisecond job to locate it online.

Agreed after the thread about this the other day, I had a wee chuckle and facepalm!
Onto the thread; my pro used this technique with me ages ago. Forgot about it and may now give it a blast again as I can recall it was fairly handy and helped at the time. Shame I don't practise very often, probably why I forgot about it!
