The Good
  • Waterproof anything (clothes, shoes bags).
  • Wet grip golf gloves.
  • Waterproof golf socks.
  • Forgiving golf clubs.
  • Golf balls that don't cut if you don't strike them correctly. And you can get them reasonably priced.
  • Simple electric golf trollies (on/off, go faster and slower).
  • Two shoulder bag carrying technology (round shouldered as I am, the bag slides off on a single strap).
  • GPS Golf watches
The Bad
  • The ridiculous prices of major manufacturers golf equipment.
  • Any electric trollies with more electrics than they need to carry clubs around a golf course (more than on/off and go faster and slower).
  • Non-golfers continued view of golf and the people who play it.
  • Golf buggies. OK if you need them, but otherwise why not walk and enjoy the experience?
  • Some peoples lack of etiquette on the course.
You may have guessed from some of the above that I am in the 60+ age bracket and the advancement in equipment and clothing for the average golfer is immense.
