Thanks all for the warm welcome i am not used to so many replies I actually subscribe to TG but buy g world and monthly every month but don't tell the wife. Have also been disappointed lately with content of TG so might cancel. Abit about myself I play at a parkland club called Enmore Park in Somerset It held the English boys championship last year and hosting the brabazon in 2013 im 38 am married have a 2year old daughter and wife due in may.ive a handicap 6 and play once or twice a week. Work in security at a nuclear power plant.

I have played Enmore a few times,nice course.
Played it last year just before those boy championships.
Scored 41 point off 10 so i was quite pleased with that.

You jest, but it was only ever yourself and andybla that ever replied with any kind of common sense! They really need to buck their ideas up, as I reckon this place is growing nicely by the day! I have been here about 2 months now, and see hi I'm new posts almost every day!

I think TG should go the same way as Bunkered and bin their forum. They should just use F/book and Tweets and give up flogging a dead horse. Although it is the easiest Mod job on the web .

Funny that TG which is the golfing equivalent of the Daily Star has Golf World as its stablemate which is usually a decent read. Talk about a diverse target audience
