The current Mrs 148 wanted to go and see the new Dracula film, so we are off to the local multiplex. Its been some time since we have been to one of those. and the last time we saw a film was at the local arts centre, which was at least 3 years ago.

cost for 2 tickets???????

£23, almost double what i paid last time.

Flamin nora! Me and HID are off to VUE tonight at Reebok, sorry Macron, to watch Gone Girl, used a mate 2 for 1 code from EE (or Orange) - costing £10.45 inc online booking fee.

Granted, I'm going to get fleeced for nacho's whilst I'm there as well, but still cheaper than £23!

My local Cineworld does discount for online booking. Its ususally about 30 quid for the 5 of us.

Discount for booking on line!!!!, these buggers charged me an extra £1.50 for booking online:(

Unlucky.. The various cinemas do vary quite a bit in what they charge. You can get any film for a fiver before 5pm at Letchworth broadway.

yes but that does'nt include all the 2 shot penalties fro illegal drops from bunkers:rofl:

I played sheer hite that day anyway, i think your poor golf skills must rubbed off on me when we shook hands on the first tee;)

Try £14.50 for a 3D movie in Richmond plus a pound if you didn't bring your glasses!! After pop corn and coke it was £41.50!
Never again! The wife didn't hear me stop complaining all the through the movie!

Price to go to the cinema is outrageous and I gave up going when it got to the point that I could buy 2 dvds fir the price of tickets for me and the wife. I have started going again since I moved to EE and get a ticket free though
