I often see praise on here for Ping's customer service but American Golf often seem to get slated on here so just want to give both companies a mention for my recent good experience.
To cut a boring story short, the shaft on my K15 driver broke recently but having bought it on eBay I thought I might struggle to get a repair without proof of purchase. A quick call to Ping and they told me to send it back via a Ping dealer. I popped into AG and they sent it off with no bother, even though I hadn't bought it there.
Three weeks later and I picked up my driver from AG today with new shaft and grip and no cost to me whatsoever. So thanks Ping, thanks American Golf - I can now continue to lose balls at my previous high rate! I didn't know service like that still exists these days so I'm one happy (non) customer!
