PROMOTION PERIOD

This promotion shall start on 23rd July 2013 and shall finish on 6th September 2013 (Promotion Period). TM has set aside 1,000 dozen "lethal golf balls" for the purposes of this promotion, if all of the golf balls have been distributed to eligible participants before the above promotion end date then the end date shall be brought forward to the date the last of the golf balls have been dispatched to the participant. A notice on the website shall be posted to this effect.
 
Be patient! If you build your team, your balls will come.. Tmag are a bit slow, but they will arrive as long as your team met their terms and conditions! My bet is within the exit 2 weeks.
 
I see Tm are still advertising for entries.
I have received an email saying my fourball is complete,however no ball received yet,its
been 3 weeks.
Anyone have an email address I can ask a question,thx
 
I had a problem with TM. Won a competition in July on Twitter. No prize and they ignore my tweets chasing up. Was not a big prize but it is the principle of it.
 
In my limited experience, Taylormade are not as customer focussed as other brands. My pa was very well looked after by Callaway and I've read notable raise for the likes of Ping and Titleist. But Taylormade position themselves quite differently and only seem to be glad to help at the point of sale.
 
Having completed my 4 ball in mid sept, I emailed them a couple of weeks later and heard nothing. I also tweeted and had no reply, and pretty much forgot about them.

Over the weekend i saw they'd tweeted and so i tweeted them and re-sent the email. They replied to my tweet at 11pm last night saying they'd look into it.

Wondering whether to send them a link to this thread as there are a few disgruntled potential customers by the looks of it.

Thoughts?
