Anyone got one of these? seen they are going cheap online at the minute - i need a replacement for my R7 425 and wondered what people thought of the burner?

Its a nice head just depends whats powering it
If the shaft is simliar to your 425 i sure you will like it

I had one and I couldnt keep it down. It just went sky high every time. Its a beautiful looking club and it maybe the shaft didnt suit me but into the wind I couldnt get it past the ladies tees it went that high!
I had the 10.5 degree and hit it about 3 times as high as my old 12 degree Ping Rapture!

Been looking at the Burner 3 and 5 woods but marketed as high launch (can't find the tour launch anywhere at the moment) so not sure they would be ideal in the wind.

I hit one shot with a friends last month. Nice. 20 yards past my other ball hit with my old Burner.
He has a stiff shaft though. Oh Er!! Maybe next time I need to think about making mine a stiffer shaft!

I've put one in my bag for the winter just to see if it is much different from my superquad.
Got a 9.5* with the stock Fuji REAX shaft in stiff which I seem to get on with.
Early impressions are that it has a good chance of staying there for a while. Seems a bit quicker off the clubface than the s'quad and is certainly a bit longer for me. Can control the flight easily enough. Like most TM clubs, looks good sat behind the ball.
