Sealskinz waterproof hat

Interesting to hear, in case I ever need to replace my Sealskinz socks. Why do you wear socks underneath them?

They're synthetic. I always wear thin merino socks under them for comfort. Also means I don't need to wash them every time unless they get dirty.

ive got a Galvin Green waterproof cap, that had ear flaps and has a fleece lining. never failed had it at least 8 years now. wicks sweat away so you dont get a soaking wet head from inside. pretty warm too. i wear mind a lot not just on the course. dog walking and deer stalking with work

Normally, when someone who doesn't play golf buys you a golf-related gift, it's sh1t! However, my mother-in-law bought be a Callaway waterproof bucket hat a couple of years ago and it's been great. Love having the brim all the way round. Never tried Sealskinz so no idea how it will compare.
