I have TalkTalk. Broadband works fine but customer service is shocking. You are dealing with an overseas call centre and I have had an ongoing argument with them about getting all the details of my contract out of them. Lots of their engineers told me I should get 35mbps, I am only getting 22mpbs and the last person I contacted told me that's all I can get despite being close to the exchange.

as a PC engineer, I regularly have to speak to tech support in all the major ISP's . TalkTalk is the one I dread.

could waffle on about talk talk but been with them and they are crap. It's cheap for a reason. Coz it's crap.

Sums it up pretty well. Fine when it works and certainly cheap but that's about all they have going for them.
