Im looking for some constructive criticism on my swing.
My main issue is lack of distance,I think stemming from casting and no hip rotation into the impact area ?
Please have a look and if any of you have any tips then I’m all ears.

You are as you say casting from the top.

Pic 1 is your halfway backswing and 2 your downswing.
You can see you've lost your wrist angle
Ideally, they want to be the other way round.
As a drill, swing back to your position in pic 1 then stop. Then swing down from that halfway position and hit the ball.
That will give you the feeling of lag.
Then gradually increase the length of the backswing maintaining that position in pic 1.

Hi,

I’m no Pro but you have several of the swing traits that I have been working on removing from my own swing.

it looks like you have an initial hip slide at the start of the backswing, this causes you to get a little ahead of things and then you have that early release and flick of the wrists to catch up on it which would Account for the lack of distance that you mention As you are slightly hitting up on it or hitting it slightly fat rather than hitting down and through the ball.

Cheers, John
