Swedish Jympa in UK

We are attending an national gymnastic company called Friskis&Svettis. We think they are fantastic, its not directly for the "fancy" people, its just ordinary people there and on jympa classes there is people from early 20 to around 80.

Just noticed that they are International as well, and are in Aberdeen and London...anyone having experince of this friskis & svettis?

Det är de "broilers" som vill synas på gym och behöver ha speglar o dyl, för att gå och spänna sina muskler,,, kanske de har dåligt självförtroende...
