Summer golf boots?

hi all,

I have a short tendon on my left leg which means that the back of my left heel is pretty flat.
Now normally day to day I wear boots because shoes just start off giving me a blister then eventually the back just breaks.

Now during winter I can wear a golfing boot and it's great, but when summer comes I'm back to wearing shoes as the boots are just to heavy/sweaty.
Does anyone know of any company that makes a light summer golfing boot?
My usually google-fu has failed me.

I suppose that it is worth querying what is preventing you from wearing boots that are not golf-specific in the summer months. Grip and water-proofing are less of an issue. I am sure something suitable can be found that is of an appropriate and inoffensive style.

THJ, have you seen the new FJ winter boot. I looked at them in Hamilton and they felt helluva light compared to the old Adidas ones I have seen years ago.

Worth looking at some of the cricket boots to use in summer? Quite a few lightweight boots with either mid or high ankle
