Im 50 ( old to some young to others ) in a few months and not the most flexible person in the world , ie just about get past my knees trying to touch my toes etc
Ive recently moved clubs and have played a few rounds with some older chaps 60's - 70's , quite a few of them mentioned they do yoga or pilates. And the ones that did were driving the ball with me or 20-30yards past me.
Apart from the golf i also play Badminton once a week and go to the gym twice a week plus use my indoor rower a few times in-between , so haven't got time for yoga and pilates.
But i have got time at the end of the gym sessions to do some stretching exercises etc , I must admit i hardly ever stretch before or after any of my activities i do , which i guess isn't helping me
So im after some exercises probable aimed at hip and back flexibility .... Youtube links would be great
