Sticking with your putter through thick & thin

Putters are all about the "looks" for me, irrespective of price.
I have seen some lovely looking putters for £15.00 but on the other hand, some right old "munters" for £150.00!!
 
I think one problem with putters is that in this country we can go from very dry to very wet weather at any time and the performance of the putter changes in the different conditions. I have just changed from a previously faultless Cleveland smart square to my rife mid mallet and this is performing better on the softer wetter greens, the Cleveland previously was holing for fun but noticed it getting worse over the last 6 weeks! to a newer golfer they might not take the conditions into account and replace their putter and we all know that works for a little while at least!
 
My latest in a long, long line of putters behaved very well this morning. I will stick with it......for another week.
