Anyone know if St Enodoc will ask to see H/C certificates? They say so on their web site - but in reality, do they?

When I played there, our organizer took all our handicap certificates into the pro shop with him. That was a long time ago though.
I wasn't asked for mine but that was about ten years ago
I would think as long as you have your CDH number they can look it up immediately online if they feel the need to, I write mine on the back of my County Card which I take everywhere, it cuts out all these niggles.

Reason for asking is that two of our group don't have one as they are not members anywhere. Ironically, they are the two best golfers in the group.

We went today - when we phoned for a tee time they asked what our handicaps were, but they did not ask to see certificates. (The way l played, l wish they'd asked to see mine and then turned me away

Apparently they don't allow over 18h/c out on the course, that's what I'd heard anyway !...
