St Andrews area 11th May and Ayrshire 14th May

Hi Guys

There are 3 of us coming over to play the Old Course and New Course on 12th and 13th May which we have booked, but we are looking for a game on Wednesday 11th May somewhere in or around St Andrews with a tee time of around 3pm and also a game in or around Ayr on the Saturday, the 14th, with a morning tee before we get our boat home.

Any of you forummers in the areas up for signing us on at your place and playing with us.

I know its a while away but just trying to get the whole trip sorted as soon as poss

Hi I am a member at Irvine golf club (Bogside) I could get get you a game on the 14th BUT it would need to be at 3pm.If your travel arrangements change to a later ferry please get in touch. Irvine is only 10 mins. from Troon by car.P.S. Just a thought I could in the past get a game for £30 at Dundonald but I don't know if that will be the case this year with the members buy out.

If our ferry is gonna be later i will definately give you a shout as i hear Bogside is a nice track.

We sorted for accommodation as one of the lads has a caravan in Ayr somewhere

I would imagine your onto plums for a Saturday morning tee time unless you go to the likes of Dundonald which is not a members club.

Cheers Steve, that would be great if you on right shift to suit us. I know your not too far from St Andrews and that Scotscraig has a great reputation so hopefully we will get sorted for a game with you

if steve1969 can`t sort u out with a game at his place,i would like to help u guy`s out with a game in st,andrews on the 11th - but 3pm is no good for me don`t finish work till 4.30 ish so would need to after 5 if that`s any good- think u`ll still have daylight till about 8.30 ish -see what stevek come`s back with and let me know cheers gcd

It would be great to play another of the St Andrews courses and time is not an issue, i only said 3pm as we are travelling up that day and that would give us plenty time so later is even more suitable.

Which course would you suggest as we are already playing the Old and New?

jubilee ..is best of the rest ..don`t want to tread on steve`s toes here so maybe we could invite steve along and play a 2/ 3 ball .we`ll get something sorted no prob`s -send me a pm closer to the time as i`ve got memory like a sieve ! gcd

Sounds like a great idea, waiting to hear from steve as to whether he working but if he not im sure he will be up for a game at jubilee also
