Spring is here....

Forget buds, blossom, birds and any others signs of spring....first game in short sleeves at the weekend....a few weeks ago it was minus five and you had to aim 50 yards short of the green and allow the ball to bounce! Roll on those warm summer evenings and some golf followed by a cool one on the clubhouse patio!

We had a gorgeous afternoon here on Sunday. Felt like a summers day at times. Not long until the clocks go forward and after work golf becomes a reality!

was nice here sunday but didnt play. typical crap weather for Sunday in 1 round of a 6 week team event... if its heavy I aint even going to bother as my waterproofs are like tetley teabags

was around 13-14 here last Saturday, tshirts only, Sunday was a little overcast but still grand too. Friday is due to be a little damp though so all the good work from the weeks decent weather might be undone.
