Red sauce every time! Chuck some black pudding in and you have a great sarnie. In my eyes brown sauce has no place on food.

Also English mustard now that is a condiment!

How about whole grain mustard? I like it but it has mixed reviews within the htl household?

Whole grain is vg is certain circumstances. French mustard is total pants. The rest of the SS2 household are all "Sauce Heathens" as they do not like mustard (any kind), horseradish or any blue-cheese sauce.

A buttered roll with a Greggs hot pie stuck in the middle and smothered in RID sauce ( we call it RID sauce up here).

Mustard? go on you filthy dogs! Im moving towards the healthier sandwiches (when not stuffing my gob with a meatball marinara on honeyoat) with butter or mayo thinly spread on slice of bread then the filling and a hint of salt. niiice.
