Red sauce every time! Chuck some black pudding in and you have a great sarnie. In my eyes brown sauce has no place on food.

YES! Bread has to be little crusty and hard and Ham a little salty with fat around the edge.

Whole grain is vg is certain circumstances. French mustard is total pants. The rest of the SS2 household are all "Sauce Heathens" as they do not like mustard (any kind), horseradish or any blue-cheese sauce.
