I would rather have Lobster Thermidor au Crevette with a Mornay sauce served in a Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam.

I saw that this morning but never heard him read it out. Mind I was dropping sprogs off.
Spam fritters, gorgeous.
Spam and brown sauce on white on a night shift underground was a little bit of heaven.
Went to a 40's do in Brighouse a month or so ago. A good pals daughter works in a bakery and she suggested they do spam butties alla 40's style. They sold out 😳
