Just a quick one.

How do you report spam or dodgy posters?

At the bottom of the post (offending) there are 4 icons. The third from the left is a notify moderator icon, just click that, and all moderators and admin will be notified.

If you scroll down to the foot of the page there is a list of all the mods and if you click on them you can send a PM I am not sure if your screen has a report this user option or not as the mod one I have is slighty different.
