The occasional spam thread sometimes makes it through our filters and gets published.

If you see one, please do not reply to it as it can mess up the clean up procedure.

Please just report it and your friendly neighbourhood Mod team shall sort it out

Oh that one, we obviously have different opinions on what is spam.

We get a lot of it which mostly doesn’t get through ,

I wouldnt know who has has and who has not got permission, so commenting on a golf merch thread on a golf forum hardly warrants a public shaming,
If it were a fake money, CBD, Viagra etc then I would have ignored as requsted.

It’s very unusual for a brand new member to come on and start flogging stuff

99% of the time it will be spam

On the odd occasion it happens there will be a note that this has been approved by MikeH

Quite ironic that a member who was quite disparaging when a post was made advising of a new scam should fall for the old spam post routine.
