Sweet, I'm not necessarily the greatest footjoy fan (whilst an excellent idea / design, the reelfits lack comfort in my opinion and this has what tainted my experience of the brand) however I certainly like the look of those classic designs and the rrp of £115 is attractive considering most other brogue style shoes are nearer £200. If finances permit, and the performance seems adequate I think I may end up with a pair of these for the summer months.

Not a great fan of classic looking golf shoes, I always have the image of middle aged men in shorts and socks wearing them!

I too have slipped away from FJ, I have the Dryjoy Pods and the leather was poor on them when cleaning them and the cleats (black widows) pants compared to others. Thinking of going for the Ecco Ultra's at the weekend and joining the Ecco camp.

I do love an FJ, although i'm guessing i will not be allowed to add to my collection.....not unless i want to live with them in the shed!

Is 5 pairs too many???....i think that's acceptable? And 6 is....er a nice round number!

I think 6 pairs is decidedly average. I could be due a new pair, I haven't bought 2009's shoes yet. I am thinking lime green this year.

I think the new footjoy icons are much nicer they are to take over from the classics but are a lot cheaper
