had a cracking day yesterday, society day at stoneleigh deer park nr coventry,stopped raining just as we got there and stayed nice all the way round ( all 5 hours of it ) anyway one of the lads in our fourball decided to put all the scores on the one card so i wasn,t sure who was playing off what handicap until we added the points up after, was feeling pretty good about my 39 points, until i started to add up one of the scores, he went round in 90 and was knocking it miles of the tee, asked him what his handicap was, to which he replied "im not sure, 24 i think" he ended up with 46 points not one bit embarrased, society golf, its great

We have one through work - great fun days out.

Two factories that used to be one company so we know each other fairly well. Great company - a bit of banter - a lot of banter actually and a few beers afterwards.

The winners always get stick for being bandits (my turn this week) the loosers always get stick for coming last 'I found a swing on the first tee did you loose it?' etc. Everyone chips in for the trophies and we all keep coming back for more
