Short Game Woes

Recently i've started to blade almost every pitch shot,had one on Saturday ,bare lie it went like a rocket about 60 yard thru the green i only had 85 to the front edge,really soul destroying .
Anyone any ideas?

no divots bob , tend to play the ball of the back foot and nip it of the top but recently i've been blading them badly now no confidence.

There's your problem

How can you nip it off the top when it's back in your stance?

Get it in the centre of your stance, weight a wee bit on the front foot and hit doon on it taking a divot.

Amazing! I've been having the same problem ...... almost!

My problem is slightly different.

I set up with the ball mid stance. steady backswing with a shoulder turn and wrist hinge. Hit down, take a small divot but the ball shoots off right. Is it too much wrist rotation on the back and not enough/barely any on the down and follow through?
Please help, it's driving me crazy!!!
