I actually watched the instruction DVD that I got at Crowborough, thanks GM.

It had a pitching lesson with Neil Plimmer. He raised some interesting (and conflicting) advice to what I had before. But it all made sense, and I will be trying to implement it this weekend.

However DVDs will only help to a point. I don't think you can beat a pro watching your set up, swing etc. As I'm sure I'm doing it right, but the reality is probably very different. Time for a lesson me thinks!
