Anyone played there?

Looks a pretty decent course from the website but was wondering what sort of condition it will be in and if it's worth a trip up?

I've played.

Was last winter and every other course was either closed or on temps, this place was in fantastic condition. It's not the longest but is very well kept.

Definatly worth a trip and I think it's pretty cheap as the clubhouse isn't built yet.

I had heard that they spent a lot of money on drainage and they don't use winter tees/greens.

Says on the website it's £17 a round or £15 on a Monday.

Think I'll give it a visit next week.

Played it a few weeks back greens are the best in the county I think. Course is on the short side but you can play off the white tees if you want some good holes not one is the same. Watch out for the 8th green ;)

Sounds like a decent course, just hope this decent weather lasts till next week.
