They used to show this clip regularly on the Golf Channel when there was a UK show.
I'm guessing it is from a pro-am and she is the amateur. More fool the people standing in front of someone teeing off.

You have to love the woman shouting "make her cut it out!" as if anything that's happening there is on purpose, haha. Although I was a bit miffed about why she didn't apologise at all!
